Do I have to submit both essays at the same time?
No, you can submit them at different times or at the same time. It’s completely up to you. If you have enough time before your exam, I would recommend submitting one at a time. This way you can get feedback from your first essay and improve.
Do I need to provide a rubric or sample answer?
You can if you want to, but this is not necessary.
Do I need to provide the essay question?
Yes. Essays can’t be graded without the essay question.
How long will it take for me to get a response?
Essays will be graded and sent back within one week of receipt.
When should I submit my essays?
You can submit your essays at any time. However, for exam purposes, you’ll want to submit them after you’ve gotten far along enough in your studies but with enough time before the exam to make any improvements. Generally speaking, you’ll want to give yourself at least a week or two before the exam. If you want to discuss your essay during a private tutoring session, please submit your essay one week prior to the session.
What kind of feedback should I expect to receive?
All essays will receive an estimated grade and detailed feedback based whether the rules are correct, the essay is properly organized, and the analysis is well-written. Tips for improvement will also be provided.
